The MALL SCHOOL ASSOCIATION
Objectives
The objectives of the Association is to advance the education of pupils at The Mall School and build a sense of community between boys and teachers and to enhance the enjoyment of the school years. This is achieved by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities for education at the school such as:
-
organising activities to raise funds for the provision of school equipment; and
-
provision of after-school activities for the boys and parents.
Achievements and performance
In 2023 The Mall School celebrated its sesquicentennial anniversary; the Association took the opportunity to celebrate the past 150 years by hosting The Summer Ball and Auction. 2023 was also the first year of the Mallians’ Den (our take on the Dragons’ Den), which was sponsored by BP.
As in previous years, the Association funded the 6[th] Year Hoodies and presented the boys with coins to commemorate the coronation of His Majesty King Charles III.
Donation of funds for the new playground was made to The Mall School in 2023/2024.
