Sussex MS Centre Trustees, Report JJ Ali Dunn (Support Officer) who worked full time with us for nearly 4 years, relocatcd regions and we ended 2023 with four members of staff. Emily-Jane Siuttard (EJ), our Ccntrc Manager and Rebekah Walker (iiewly recruited in July) our Operations and Conimunity Fundraisei" Helen Turner our part-time Admin and Operations 5UPPOrt (22.5 hours weekly) and our Fundraiser, Donna Williamson who became our own employec in Api'il ( I I hours weckly). We continue to support our staff with professional development and fund appropriate training, with all operational staff and volunteei's attendiiig courses on Safe&iuarding and Manual H(indlin&F and other relevant topics. Training is provided dnnually in respect of Oxygen Therapy with rebFards to the sate operation of the chamber, to all of our Charnbcr Operators. We employ the servicLs of Cr()ner for their HR help and advice on a 2417 basis. Within this package we are able lo offer an Einployee Assistance Programme (EAP) for staff which ineans we can give staff more support with Iheir mcnlal health and wellbeing by providing counsell ing. Working with our service users can someÉim¢s be challen&Fin&T for staff and having a space to be able to sharc conccrns is very usefi]1.
