**Activities:** The charity provides a range of symptom management therapies and treatments to support people who have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Parkinson's Disease (PD) and Stroke survivors to give them better control over their lives.  It also aims to provide direct care, support and counselling for patients, their carers and families, all conducted in a welcoming inclusive environment
