**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF AND EDUCATION OF HANDICAPPED PERSONS AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING HANDICAPPED CHILDREN.

**Activities:** At present, the main aim of the St. Jude Foundation is to raise funds for the building of a special school for handicapped or disabled children at Mporoto, near Mbeya in Tanzania (East Africa). We appeal periodically to our supporters for funds and give talks to encourage the fund-raising. The special school building is proceeding slowly but steadily.
