## TRUSTEES ANNUAL REPORT YEAR END 31-1-2023 

Due to delays in getting the lease sorted with the Parish Council we feel it prudent to stick to our original plan of using the new CIO accounts as of the start date of the new lease. 

Accounts for year end 31-1-2025 will be the first full year of all PFA activity being under the CIO.
