**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF THE FRANK WISE SCHOOL, BANBURY AND THE RELIEF OF SUCH MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED PUPILS BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL.

**Activities:** The main purpose of the charity is to promote, support,assist and improve Frank Wise School for the benefit of its pupils. We fundraise for many activities to support the children both during their school life and their family life. This can include subsidising residential trips, day trips and evening activities.We also fundraise for providing building work to improve the children's school life.
