(B) ADVANCEMENT OFEDUCATION AND THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR YOUNG PERSONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE AND TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL WELFARE. (C) SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITITION OR INSTITUTIONS AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE.

**Activities:** We are dedicated to the wellbeing of persons of any age who are or might be suffering from mental or physical disability, illness or disorder, and to assist them in their mental and spiritual welfare. We have a lovely 4.5 acre seaside site in Suffolk, with a Recreation Hall, 4 bedroom 12 bed Annexe and an Away Break Flat. With our Clients and Carers we are developing new therapies.
