has affifiations to British G￿nn8$￿c$ and London Gymnastics.
All gwnnasts are members of the A$Sc￿￿*10n which is primarily firh8fteed from membership fees. but also
)alions and sp)nsorship. Reduced rates are offered to parents in re￿p1 of income support or on low income.
All gymn8Sts anil c¢arJ)es are members of. and ￿s￿red by, British Gymrrasttcs. Coaches are also Briiish
Gymnastics trained and quajthed. and the Ass¢xiation Supports eoa¢hes 1¢ qualtfy and upgrade Iheir
qualificalions. On behalf of London GyTrnasli¢s, the AssociatTon hosts coaching courses and judging ￿Urse$ for
general gymna$tr5. prxh¢ol. a¢robatiC gyTf(nastics and tumblin9, also mentoring club management and tirnè
to listen courses. Policies are in pfa¢e for Child Piotec￿. Equal Opportunities and Heatth and Safety. and thè
is 8 procedu￿ for complaints.
A¢tlvitFtts undertaken to achieve objectives
The Associ*w provides pre-schwl g￿naSticS for children ￿ed Irom 12 months to S years and general
gymnastics for children aged from 5 upward5. It also T￿5 ￿nastIc5 camps at its Centre in the Easter and
Summer bor￿aYs. and supemsed parties for chil¢Jren al weekends. A]1 ger￿ra1 gyTrnasis are encouraged to
achieve British Gymnastics and Richmond Award Scheme badges and have the opportunity to lake part in
Competitions organised by Richmond GyTnnastics As%)ck3tion and other LondL)n Gyrnnaslics dubs. Gymnasts
who demonslrate natur81 abtlty and basic skills are invited b t&st for one of the A55cc&%lion's cryitive squads
acrobatic gymnasti¢s. lumbling and Iloor and vault- compelirtg at all I￿1$ indudin9 club. regional. national
and intemational.
Thè Assoctalion offers gymnasti¢s foryoung people with disabli￿e$. tsffering intsyration into mainstream Classes
witti one to one coa¢hing where appropriate as wetl as separate dasses, a ¢ompetitsve squad. and PTogrammes
to meet the needs of schools. Senior coaches whts work with di$8bled gwnnasts are British Gymn#sty¢s Disat)Élty
Gymnastics quaI￿le￿.
The facilities provided by the Association at ts Townmead RO￿ Centre are ottstanding and include tsvo full-sffe
performance floors. The Centre is used seven days a week and ts uinly dosed for one week a year.

judge5 last year, RGA supported e￿$tIng judges to pass their Nation81 level qualification. We TJLW have the most
Naliona] and Inlemational judge5 in acrobati¢ gymn*stLs in London. TW judge$ reguladyjudge al Regional.
National and even Int8malional events. One of our International judges wa$ inwted to judge at the World Games
in China in AugLtst 2025. This was a massive personal achievement, but also a great honour for the elub. RGA
eonfinues lo be successfvl ¢ompetitNely in both 8¢robatic gymnasli¢s and Floor & Vault categories. RGA won a
silver and a bronze at Ihe European ChampiDnshikY6, followed by a silver medal and 2 9￿d medals an¢ Brili5h
tiues at the British Flnals. RGA'S sen￿r men's group aL80 then look a bronze medal at the World Games in
Chengdu. China. 8 massive achievement for the club. The Floor & Vault squad eoniinued their dominance in ihe
London Re9ion. winnlng in every eatsgory entered at the London Regional ChampK)nships. The Display group
has also nearty doubled in size. in an inwtationl group that is vèry popular with member& Ttw ￿nSiStenI1Y
deliverfanlastic perfomances of a very high standard both Regh)Trally and NatIon￿ty.

the year. the charity experienced signifi¢ant tncrease5 tn its operating ¢¢sts. driven by the wtder cost of living
crisls. inflationary pressures, and increases in employmenl-relaled costs. Inchjdlr￿ changes to Nalionol
Insuran¢e ¢ontrbulions.
In Tesp¢)nse to these rising costs. the Trustees undertook a Careful rewew of the chaiit¢s fjnancial posstion and
long-temi sust8inability. After considerable delÈberation, a decisicn vrds maje to increase fees. Thts decisic
W2s nol tsken lightly and refjeeted thè Trustees. commitment to b8kncing affordabilty wth the need to maintsin
fhe thartys financial resiliencè.
Charges have been set at the lowest levèl Ctsnsidered necessary to help offset In￿e¥s1n9 rosts while ensuring
that the charity can conlijweio delNer its seNices èffeettvety 2nd mainlaÉn an appropriate level of rash reserves.
The Trustees remain coryunilted to keep￿g fees under regular reww and to minimising any finanual barriers to
a￿$51￿9 the charivs support wherever F<)ssible.
