Cherry Trees (Reg istered Company Number: 02241223) Independent Auditorfs Report to the Trustees of Cherry Trees (contlnued) Because of the Inherent limitations of an audit, there is a risk that we will not detect all irregularib'es, induding those leading to a material misstatement in the financial statements or non-compliance with regulation. This risk increases the more that compliance with a law or regulation is removed from the events and transactions reflected In the financial statements, as we wll be less likely to become aware of instances of non- compliance The risk is also greater regarding Irregularities occurring due to fraud rather than error, as fraud involves intents'onal concealment, forgery, collusion, omission or misrepresentation. The accounting estimates and assumptions discussed are those that the directors consider to be most critical to its financial statements. An accounting estimate Is considered critical if both al the nature of estimates or assumptions is material due to the level of subjectivity and judgment involved, and bl the impact within a reasonable range of outcomes of the estimates and assumptions is material lo the company's financial condition or operating performance.
