The Trustees have remained unchanged. The current Trustees are: Keith Arnold (Secretary), Adrian Davies (Treasurer), Ma�hew Ellio�, Chris�ne Foster, Phyllis Jones, John Loebl (Chairman), Frank Miles and Elizabeth Upton.
Property maintenance
Chapel
The Trustees con�nue to support the Church in maintaining and upgrading the facili�es in the Chapel. The Trustees have funded the resurfacing of the area at the rear of the Chapel and at the back door at a cost of , 15,950 and the flooring in the chapel has been cleaned and resealed. The disabled toilet was refurbished to the current standards

Manse Minor repairs Oakville Bathroom renova�on and minor repairs. Devonia Minor repairs 3 Chapel Terrace The property was rewired 4 Chapel Terrace Minor repairs
The Trustees policy is to ensure that all proper�es are fully maintained to a good standard and meet the current Rent Smart Wales standards for property le�ng. The Trustees will be required to bring the proper�es up to the required Energy Performance standards for exis�ng tenancies by 2028.
Tenancies
Chapel Terrace/Oakville/Devonia
The tenancies of 3 and4 Chapel Terrace, Oakville and Devonia remained unchanged during the year. All the proper�es con�nue to be managed by Nathan James, Estate Agents in accordance with the Rent Smart Wales regula�ons.
Dona�ons
The Trustees made dona�ons of , 5000 each to the Raven House Food bank and to The GAP Wales sanctuary.
St. David's Court
Nego�a�ons are s�ll ongoing regarding the sale of the freehold of St. David's Court to Aelwyd Housing Associa�on.
