**Objects:** A) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF BILTON GRANGE & THE NEIGHBOURHOOD (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE AREA OF BENEFIT") WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS & THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY & OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION & TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS; B) TO ESTABLISH, OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF, A COMMUNITY CENTRE (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE CENTRE") & TO MAINTAIN & MANAGE THESAME (WHETHER ALONE OR IN CO-OPERATION WITH ANY LOCAL AUTHORITY OR OTHER PERSON OR BODY) IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTS.

**Activities:** B.G.C.A. provide creative and activities for all ages and abilities in the Hull area, which include pottery, art and crafts, a large community garden,food chain project, musical projects which include music and movement and our own skiffle band also the more traditional activities carpet bowls, karate, 55+ club, line dancing and work on a daily basis with excluded young people
