**Objects:** To encourage, promote and educate the public in the arts, music and performing arts in England and Wales in particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, at schools, theatre, performance and other community venues in Wales.

**Activities:** Through outreach programmes devised, facilitated and implemented by Arts Active to promote the arts. The charity works with Cardiff Council and other partners in Wales, to engage with communities in Cardiff and beyond; to encourage interest in and appreciation of music, performing arts and multidisciplinary arts projects through participation, education and audience development.
