I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of Pets In Need IPINI for the year
ended 30 June 2023, which are set out on pages 2 to 4
Responslbllltles and basis of report
As the charity trustees of the Trvst you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts
in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 20111'the ACVI.
I report in respect of my examination of the Trustee's accounts carried out under section
145 of the 2011 Art and in carrying out my examinaiion I have followed all the applicable
Directions grven by the Charity Commission under section 1451511bl of the 2011 Act.

attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material
