**Objects:** (A) TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF ANIMALS WHO ARE IN NEED OF ATTENTION AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN A SANCTUARY AT THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS "PENDEU" LLANDEILO ROAD, AFORESAID OR SUCH  OTHER PREMISES AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE ACQUIRED BY OR ON BEHALF OF THE TRUST OR OTHER FACILITIES FOR THE RECEPTION AND CARE OF UNWANTED ANIMALS AND THE TREATMENT OF SICK OR ILL-TREATED ANIMALS. NO STSTUTORY TENANCY FOR THE TRUST IS HEREBY CREATED. (B) TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE NEEDS AND PROPER CARE OF ANIMALS.

**Activities:** Pets in Need provides sanctuary for unwanted, neglected and abandoned animals. It ensures all animals taken in have comfortable and warm accomodation, are well fed and receive whatever veterinary care required. Both charity shops are manned by volunteers. Voluntary help is also acquired by providing work experience for its animal loving students from schools.
