As Ihe charity trustees of the company you are responsible for the prepar&ion of the accounts in accordance with the

Having satisfied myself that the accounts of the company are n(x required to be audited under Part 16 of th¢ 21X)6 Act
and are eligEble for independent examination, I report in respect of my examination of your company's aceouni8 a5
