Responsibilities and basis of reporl
As the ch(Irity Iruslees of the company you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the
requiremeT]t5 of the Companies Act 2006 ('Ihe 2006 Act.).
Having satisfied myself Ihat Ihe accounts of the cornpany are not required to be audited under Part 16 of the 2006 Acl
and are eligible for independent examiiialion, I report in respecl of my examination of your company's accounts as
C<irried out under section 145 of the Charities Aci 2011 ('the 2011 Act,). In carrying oul my examination I have
followed the Directions given by Ihe Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the 2011 Acl.
Independent examiner's statement
I have compleled my examination. I confirm that no Malle￿ have come 10 my allention in connection wilh Ihe
examinalion giving me cause to believe ihal in any material re%pe¢t:
accounling records were noi kept in respect ot the company as required by seciion 386 of ihe 2006 Aci: or
the accounts do nol accord with Ihose records: or
the accounts do not cornply wilh the accounting requirements of seetion 396 of the 2006 Act oiher than any
requirement that the accounts give d 'true and fair view, which 1.% noi a matter Lonsidered a8 Part of an
independent examination; or
Ihe accounls have not been prepared in accordance wilh the methods and principles of the Sialement of
Recoinmended Practice for accounting and reporting by charities applicable lo charities preparing their accounts
in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Irel(Ind (FRS 102).
I have no concerns and have come across no other malter% in conneciion with Ihe examination to which attention
should be drawn in thi% repori in order 10 enable a proper understanding of Ihe account5 to be reached.
