**Objects:** TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING FACILITIES FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** CVIS provides and maintains facilities for recreation, education and leisure for people of all ages and physical ability in Cellan and the local area. These include Cellan Millennium Hall, a children's play area and community garden, all sited on a 1 1/4 acre recreation area leased from Ceredigion County Council. We strive to enhance the environment and constantly monitor and improve facilities.
