Since 1924 the Trust has been providing support for individuals living in the Deaneries of Warley and West Bromwich; an area covered by the southern part of Sandwell Borough in the West Midlands. Where public funding is not avaialble, grants are made to alleviate poverty and to enable access to education.

Objects: The Trustees Shall Hold The Trust Fund Upon Trust To Apply The Same And All Or Any Part Or Parts Thereof With Power To Exhaust The Same For Or Towards The Exclusively Charitable Purposes Of (A) The Education Of The Inhabitants Of The Rural Deaneries Of Warley And West Bromwich (B) The Relief Of Poverty In The Rural Deaneries Of Warley And West Bromwich.
