Para 1.20 The Society resumed live meetings following
the Coronavirus (COVID‑19) lockdown. With
some
members
and
visitors
showing
reluctance to attend live meetings, the Society
installed a sophisticated streaming system
that allowed members the choice of attending
live meetings or watching from their homes
using the streaming service.
A full programme of National and International
Exhibitions was run with a very good response
from both entrants and visitors.
The specialised photographic group meetings
were re-started giving members more options
to participate in club activities.
Work was carried out to install controls on the
heating system to minimise energyl costs.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/12/2022.

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
