I report lo the charity trustees on my examination of the accounts of Ihe charity for the year ended 31 March
2023. which are set out on pages 5 to 9.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounls In accordance with the
requlrements of the Charities Act 2011 {'Ihe Acl'}.
l Teport in respect of my exarftination of the charTtls accounts as Ca￿led out under section 145 of the 2011
Act. In carying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Dirèctions given by the Charity
Commission under section 145ISI{b) of the Act.
Indgpend¢nt oxamlnorfs statement
I have ¢ompletsd my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come lo my attention in connection
th the examination giwng me Cause to believe that in any material Tespect..
1 accounting records were not kepl in respect of the charity as required by Section 130 of the Charities A¢l'
2 the accounts do not accord with those records; or
3 the accounts do not comply wlh the applicable requirements conceming the forni and contgnt of accounts
sel out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the
accounts giv8 a 'true an(1 fair view, which is not a matter consider8d as part of an independent
exarninalion.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in Connec￿On with the examination to whic
attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts lo be
