This year has been an unusually challenging year for the charity for several reasons.

Firstly, our treasurer and second in charge, suffered a very serious stroke and spent a lot of time in hospital and Stroke Rehabilitation homes.

Secondly coming through the pandemic, we have been extremely stretched financially.

Having said all that the charity has continued to serve all our existing groups within the community.

We continue to hold weekly meetings on a Sunday morning for bible teaching and ministry alongside which we run children’s church.

We hold a weekly coffee day, which, is open to all members of the community and third open invitation gives the service users a “warm hub” to come to, and alongside to this we have the this is our clothing and food banks, which is our outreach effort to meet the more needy in our community.

Furthermore, we host two midweek meetings (Monday evening and Friday evening) one is focused on prayer and the other is focused on worship. These meeting are also open to all members of the community, and they are well attended on a weekly basis, with very positive feedback from attendees, both children and adults.

Our open-door policy means that members of the public can call on the Minister in their time of need and he would arrange for a representative from the charity to be of assistance depending on the need that arises.
