Objects: To Promote For The Public Benefit, The Protection Of People And Property, And For The Prevention Of Criminal Acts In The Mid-Wirral Area, And In Particular By:- A) Assisting In The Establishment Of Neighbourhood Watch Schemes; B) Encouraging Greater Public Participation In Protection From The Reduction Of Crime; C) Establishing Junior Crime Prevention Panels; And D) Researching Into New Techniques In Local Crime Prevention And Publishing The Useful Results Of Such Research For The Public Benefit, And Publishing Any Other Useful Material.
