The Chair welcomed all present and thanked them for giving up their time. The Chair dvised that the meeting was quorate. Annual Report and Accounts- 30 June 2023. As previously advised {and circulated} the Report and Accounts have been completed bythe Past Treasurer IMWI and examined by the Independent Examiner, Brian Boulter IBB). MW and BB have certified the Report and Accounts. Queries from the Trustees have been responded to satisfactorily. The accounts were accepted and approved unanimously by those present, for presentation to and approval by the Club, in due course (usually at the 5GM in December). ILL has affirmed his approval, by email). BS duly certified the Report and Accounts on behalf of the Trustees.
