Achievements and performance
The Charty is a religious charity and trust lor the advancement of the
Chrislian religion according lo its staled doctrinal position. In txovhjing
local accommodation for Christian meetings the charity has fujr￿led this
overarching objective in Stockton- on-Tees. The Trusl has responsibly
maintained the building at 1 Frederick Street in good conditron and can
rep)rt that the building is in regular use by Christians holding to Ihe
doctrines specifi&l in t1￿ Trusl Deed. In the twelve months under
considerat￿n aclNiiy has had to be curtailed at various times either
because of legal con5trawils or ihe pursuit of responsible health and
safely practice in view of the Covid-19 paThJemic.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 05/04/2023 

- **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. 

**Independent** I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have **examiner's statement** come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect: 

- accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or
