As a result of the effects of the Covid-19 Pandemic and the resulting cancelation of public events the Liverpool Wargames Association has consecrated on keeping the association meeting rooms open as much as possible under the various Covid regulations. To that end the Association has at all times leased with authorising authority Liverpool City Council.

## **Financial Review.**

The Liverpool Wargames Association plans to hold a reserve of £10,000 in order to maintain the charities’ ability to relocate if this becomes necessary. This figure is based on the cost of the association’s last relocation in the year 2000.

As outlined in or accounts the association has been fortunate to be in receipt of grants which has resulted in a higher-than-normal reserve. The Association will use it’s reserve to continue the aims of the association.
