(B) IN SO FAR AS THE NET YEARLY INCOME OF THE CHARITY SHALL NOT HAVE BEEN APPLIED FOR THE OBJECTS AFORESAID THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE REPAIR UPKEEP AND MAINTENANCE OF THE FABRIC AND CONTENTS OF AD OF THE GRAVEYARD (INCLUDING TOMBS, GRAVESTONES, HEADSTONES AND TOMBSTONES) OF THE SAID HOLY TRINITY CHURCH COALBROOKDALE AND LITTLE NESS CHURCH NEAR SHREWSBURY IN THE SAID HOLY CHURCH COALBROOKDALE AND THE DARBY AND CHRISTY GRAVESTONES IN THE GRAVEYARD OF THE SAID LITTLE NESS CHURCH.
