The trustees met 8 times during the year, the increase in meetings was due to the fact that The Nursery ownership (our tenants) was for sale and this entsiled numerous negotiations with solicitors etc. And increase expenditure on legal fees. other than the inevitsble costs of maintsining an old building there were no significant purchases made during the year. The charity remains in a sound financial position due to all our regular users continuing to support the facilities.
