**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CENTRE IS TO ALLEVIATE THE HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS OF CHILDREN RESIDENT IN THE DISTRICT OF NUNEATON AND BEDWORTH CAUSED BY THE BREAK-UP OF MARRIAGE AND FAMILY AND TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH OF SUCH CHILDREN BY PROVIDING AND MAINTAINING A CENTRE AND FACILITIES WHEREAT SUCH CHILDREN CAN MORE READILY ENJOY THE COMPANY AND LOVE OF THEIR NON-CUSTODIAN PARENT.

**Activities:** To alleviate the hardship and distress of children in the district of Nuneaton & Bedworth caused by the break up of marriage and family and to preserve and protect the mental and physical health of such children, by providing and maintaining a centre and facilities whereat such children can more readily enjoy the company and love of their non custodial parent.
