## **Future Plans**

2021/2022 has been a better year than our last Financial year for the Trustees and the Artistic team as the group has been able to meet in person and perform a musical at Venue Cymru. As always LYMT must ensure that activities fit with the aims of the group to educate the children whilst building other essential skills. The Trustees and Artistic Team wish to enhance the group’s performances in the community, sustaining the musical theatre workshop group Stagenotes and arrange professional workshop sessions. With the help of all the Members’ Representatives, members and team the Trustees hope to build on the public benefit of the group for both its members and the community we serve in the Llandudno and surrounding area especially during this difficult time when many families are suffering financial problems.

**Declaration** This report shows that the year from 1[st] September 2021 to 31[st] August 2022 was much improved on the previous year although care was taken to ensure members did not attend sessions if they were unwell. The members had many varied experiences and educational activities, which help build their performance techniques, interpersonal skills and confidence and enable them to work as a team. The activities undertaken and are planned for the future, help the children and young people in the local community to attain transferable skills and build confidence but also have fun.
