Peasholme Charity addresses poverty and social exclusion for vulnerable people in and around the city of York who are experiencing or heading towards 'crisis ' (lacking shelter, security or an ability to sustain oneself). We work to achieve our aims by offering specialist one-to-one support services which provide advice, guidance and signposting with respect to housing, benefits, finance and debt.
Objects: The Relief Of Poverty, Suffering And Distress Of Persons Who Are In Need And, In Particular, But Without Prejudice To The Generality Of The Foregoing, The Relief Of Such Of The Beneficiaries Who Are Homeless, Rootless, Or Socially Isolated For Whatever Reason In Any Manner Which Now Is Or May Hereafter Be Deemed By Law To Be Charitable.
