**Objects:** TO PROVIDE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE PRESERVATION, CARE AND IMPROVEMENT OF YORK CEMETERY AS A BURIAL GROUND AND AS A PLACE OF HISTORIC, EDUCATIONAL AND ECOLOGICAL INTEREST AND BEAUTY.

**Activities:** The Friends of York Cemetery raise funds to support the York Cemetery Trust, volunteers and the running of the Cemetery.  Educational days, genealogy, grave searches and walks round the Cemetery are organised covering an array of topics.
