**Activities:** Providing accommodation, with professional nursing and end of life care, for elderly and frail individuals in Knowsley and surrounding areas. Maintaining dignity, privacy, respect and independence within an environment as near as possible to normal home life. The Charity also provides 11 rehabilitation beds that enable patients to meet their goals and achieve outcomes that is person centred.
