Trustees are appointed by the Board of Twstees. The Board of Trustees comprises members from a variety of backgrounds. The procedure to appoint or withdraw a trustse is In accordance with the constitution. There are infomial procedures in place for the induclion and training of new t￿￿te8$. The trustees are also encouraged to attend relevant exlernal briefing tralnlng courses. The Board of Trustees ara responslble for th8 management of the dsks faced by the charlty.
