**Objects:** TO FURTHER THE CHARITABLE WORK OF DISABLED SELF-HELP GROUPS IN THE NORTH SHEFFIELD AREA IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR DISABLED PERSONS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND SO THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.

**Activities:** We are a disabled self-help group that run a series of day centres for all types of disabilities. Transport is provided to help them get to and from the centres. This in turn gets them out of their homes and to socialise with other disabled people in their area.
