We assist the P.C.C. of St Marys Handsworth to maintain and preserve the 12th century church which is grade II* English Heritage, and collect funds as a reserve to meet future expenses for same and we work for the public benefit, especially local inhabitants by stimulating interest in the upkeep of St Mary's Church and in its history, especially with James Watt, Matthew Boulton and William Murdock

Objects: (I) To Assist The Parochial Church Council Of St. Mary's Parish Church, Handsworth, Birmingham In The Maintenance And Preservation Of The Fabric Of The Main Church Building Of St. Mary's Parish Church, Handsworth, Birmingham And Forming A Reserve Fund To Be Available To Meet Future Unexpected Expenses For Maintenance Of The Fabric Of The Said Main Church Building (Ii) Working For The Public Benefit And Particularly For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of The Parish Of Handsworth, Birmingham By Stimulating Interest In The Preservation And Care Of The Fabric Of St. Mary's Church, Handsworth, Birmingham And Interest In It's History And Character And By Promoting For Their Benefits And For Future Generations Its Permanent Preservation.
