Chairnian's Report for THE MADRESSA ISLAMIYAH TALIMUDDIN For the Period: 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2024 Introduction As Chairnian of Madressa Islamiyah Talimuddin, l am pleased to present this annual report outlining our key activiti¢s, achievements. and financial perforn]ance over the past year. Despite challenges, our charity has continued to fulfil its mission of providing religious ¢ducation for children aged 5-16 and positively impacting the community we serve. Achievements and Activities Ovcr thc past year, Madressa Islamiyah Talimuddin has successfully delivered a series of age-appropriate curriculums to over 430 children and young people from the surrounding community. Sorne of the key achi¢vements includc: The introduction of a new syllabus which enhances literacy skills and challenges the students. Development of the Cu￿leu1Urn to an advance stage to cater for key stage 4 students Increasing retention levels of students from key stag¢ 3 to 4 increasing, particularly amongst boys. Developing the girls, curriculum post key stage 4 curriculum to include the introductory y¢ars of the Aalima course. We have approx 8 students on this course Migrant Students from Africa who have settl¢d in Bradford have also e￿olled at the Madrasa making it more diverse: countries such as Nigeria and Gambia. The commencement of a specialist Madressa classes for SEN childr¢n on a wcekend Our work has been made possible through the dedication of our trust¢cs, staff, voluntccrs, and generous supporters. all of whom have played an essential role in achieving our objectives. Financial Overview The financial health of Madressa Islarniyah Talimuddin remains stable, with income and expenditure carefully managed to ensure sustainability. Key financial highlights include". Total incorne: £197,050 Total expenditure: £137,058 Surplus". £59,992 The funding is ¢ntlT¢ly made up of donations, from members of the community We remain committed to transparency and accountability in our financial management.

Challenges and Future Plans This year, we faced challenges such as lack of places to meet the demands from the communities, but we have continued to adapt and find solutions. Looking ahead, our goals for the next ycar include: Explore options to increase our ability to take on more students. Continue to train and develop our staff to cnsuTe we provide the best possible education to our students. Installation of a CCTV system throughout the building to improve security as well as reinforcing our ability to safeguard our students. Our goal remains to ¢xpand our impact and strengthen our financial position to better serve our beneficiari&s. Conclusion I would like to express rny heartfelt thanks to our trustees, staff, volunteers, and supporters. Their dedication and hard work have been instrumental in our success.
