REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES
for the year ended 5th April 2025
The principal address of the trust is:

The Trust is governed by a deed of trust dated 19 September 1988. The objects of the trust are widely drawn and the Trustees have their discretion under the Deed to make grants for the medical and health benefit of children and young people, the elderly and people with a disability or special needs. The Trustees do not have a reserves policy.

ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS
During the year the Trustees received a number of applications for grants which will be processed in the next financial year. Grants made during the year amounted to £18,000 (2024: £18,000).

REPORT OF THE INDEPENDENT EXAMINER TO THE TRUSTEES OF THE MISSES C.M. PEARSON & M.W. WILLIAMS CHARITABLE TRUST
I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the Trust for the year ended 5th April 2025.
RESPECTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES OF TRUSTEES AND INDEPENDENT EXAMINER
As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011.
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S STATEMENT
I have completed my examination. I can confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives cause to believe that in, any material respect:

accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act; or
-
the accounts do not accord with the accounting records.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
