Objects: The Saving Of Life And Rendering Of Assistance In Areas Where The Sea, Estuaries, Rivers And Other Expanses Of Water Are A Potential Danger, Either From Natural Disaster Or From A Concentration Of Marine Activity Ie Waterborne Sporting Events Involving Boats, Leisure Pursuits (including Swimming) And Other Commercial And Private Maritime Usage.
