Basis of independent examiner's report
My examination was carried out in accordance ivith the Eeneral Directions given by the Ch) rity
Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by rhe cha'ity
and a comparisori of the accounts presented with those records. It also i ncludes consideraiion
of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations from you as
trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the
evidence that would be required in an au(Jit and cnn.8gquently no opinion is given as to V4ihetler

statement below.

I n connection with my exaniination, we have been limited to the information we have been able
to obtai n due to a fire at the premises of Fens Pool Voluntary Association desiroying supporting
documenis. No maitcr has comc to my attention=
