**Objects:** (A) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST ON THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR ELDERLY PERSONS (PARICULARLY ELDERLY PERSONS BELONGING TO ETHNIC MINORITIES) RESIDENT IN THE BOROUGH OF WALSALL WHO NEED FOR SUCH FACILITIES AS AFORESAID BY THE REASON OF THEIR AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.

**Activities:** The Charity is accessible by all persons regardless of ethnicity, race, gender or religion. The primary aim of the charity is to provide activities and a chance for like minded elderly persons to interact with. In 2025 we hope to provide full day activities with breakfast, lunch and dinner so that carers can have respite whilst their elderly loved ones are at our centre.
