B) TO SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT, MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE (HEREINAFTER CALLED 'THE CENTRE') FOR ACTIVITIES PROMOTED BY THE ASSOCIATION IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS, OR ANY OF THEM.

**Activities:** To promote the benefits of the habitants in the area by working collaboratively in a common effort to create opportunity, to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare, for recreation and leisure time occupation To secure the establishment, maintenance and management of a centre for activities promoted by the association in furtherance of the above objects or any of them.
