The aim of PACT is to advan¢e the education of pupils at Stsmford Bridge Primary School by assisting
in the provision of facilities for education at the sch¢)ol, Mt normalty pro¥Kied by the L(Kal Education
Authwity. These tscilities alx¥ include the provision of a swimmin8 pool for school.

These obleetlves are achleved through a series of fundraising events Organised by PAcf. Events
include: Christma5 fair. Summer Fair, lottery. dis¢os and other srnaller athvltles.
The Pool is operated by a sub-committee of PACT and the facllity is provlded f￿e of char8e for school
5wimmin8 les50n5. Malntenance and runnlng costs condnue to be the bi8gest Cost for the pool.
Income from swim schoo15 and private hire has remalned at the same level as the previous year
showipg that li remains a valuable resourceto the community and is 5ti11 seert of great benetit to
users.

Kuidance on public benefit publlshed by the Commission In exercising their power5 or duties.
Athievements and Perlorniance
PACT has conttnued to serve the pupils and teachers of the school community. PACT has generated
an excellent overall income from fundraisine and exceptional Cornmunity spirit and generosity. This
effort enabled PACT to continue to support the swimming pool as well as fund book5, buddy benches
and other outdoor and classroom supplies totallinE £7.269 in theyear.
Finan¢lal Re¥￿$
Overall, PACT'S income was £81.55112024.. £82.0241 which 15 a sliBht decrease on the previous year.
School fundraisinB activities included the Christmas Fair. school discos and Frozen Friday5. This is an
ex￿lIellt result given the continuing ificrease in the c05t ol livlng. In addition to fundraising. intome
streams included pool hire fees of £56,91812024.. £56,820) and a donation from Swish Fibre of
£5,(XKJ. Overheads were E88,51412024.. £65,1￿1- the main expenditure being pool operating costs
and wages of £57,27412024.. £42,518).
