TO USE THE PROPERTY AS A HOSTEL FOR THE PUPILS ENGAGED IN FIELD WORK IN GEORGRAPHY HISTORY BIOLOGY BOTANY HILL WALKING CLIMBING AND OBSERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT ANS AS A HOLIDAY RESIDENCE FOR PUPILS OF THE SCHOOL IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES.
