**Objects:** THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY THE PROMOTION AND MAINTENANCE OF A DISPLAY GALLERY OR MUSEUM CONTAINING A COLLECTION OF BYGONE CHATTELS, BOOKS, MANUSCRIPTS, COINS, BUILDINGS OR OTHER ERECTIONS, FURNISHINGS, IMPLEMENTS OR OTHER OBJECTS OF ANTIQUARIAN INTEREST AS A REMINDER OF CULTURE AND HISTORY IN FORMER TIMES TOGETHER WITH DISPLAYS OF GENERAL INTEREST.

**Activities:** The Museum produces a range of displays. Some are long term, e.g. Railways, others are short term to show aspects of the collections held by the Museum. Displays are mounted to celebrate local anniversaries of significance. Documents , photos and publications are available to consult or purchase. An education group provide a range of activities for local schools and societies.
