**Objects:** THE TRUSTEES SHALL STAND POSSESSED OF THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE INCOME THEREOF (SUBJECT TO CLAUSE 3 HEREOF) IN PERPETUITY IN PROVIDING ONCE IN EVERY YEAR A LECTURE BY SOME COMPETENT PERSON ON A SUBJECT APPERTAINING TO MEDICINE SUCH LECTURE TO BE DELIVERED WITHIN THE BOROUGH OF HARROGATE TO MEMBERS OF THE MEDICAL PROFESSION. THE TRUST SHALL ALSO SUPPORT OTHER EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE MEDICAL PROFESSION

**Activities:** The income of the charity is to be used to provide an annual lecture on a subject appertaining to medicine in the Borough of Harrogate to members of the medical profession. The Trust shall also support other educational activities for the benefit of the Medical Profession.
