The Expresssion Beneficiaries Means The Children And Young Persons Who Hve Not Attained The Age Of 25 Years Who Or Whose Parents Are Resdient In The Parish Of Stokesley Or The Imediate Neighbourhood Thereof, And Who Are Need Of Financial Assistance With A Preference, Other Things Being Equal For Beneficiaries Who Are Resident In The Ancient Township Of Stoesley
