In planning our activities for the year the Trustees have kept in mind the
Charity Commission's guidance on public benefrt.
The sole focus of the Henry Edmonds Trust during 2021 has been to
continue to supporl the work of the Kirkby and Great Broughion Voluntary
Aided Church of England Primary School in providing a well-rounded
education to all of its pupils.

The Trust awarded grants totalling £15,382 to Kirkby and Great
Broughton Voluntary Aided Church of England Primary School to cover
the following:
The purchase of 16 replacement laptops and a charging trolley for
use by the students (£5:997)
The purchase and installation of 5 new interactive louGhscreens

The Trust does not have any standing financial commitments or liabilities.
(Historically, the Trust funded the annual buildings insurance for Ihe
school. however a change to the way that the school obtains its
insurance cover with effect from 2021 onwards means that this is no
longerthe case.)
All of the cash balance in the bank accounl 15 nominally available for
charitable awards, however the Trust normally aims to relain a minimal
cash reserve in order to cover any urgent or unforeseen requests from
the SctrK￿I.
