**Objects:** NOT MORE THAN 1/10TH OF NET INCOME IN PROVIDING SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY, FOR ANY VOLUNTARY SCHOOL AND SUBJECT THERETO FOR AND COUNTY SCHOOL. RESIDUE TO BE APPLIED FOR BENEFICIARIES IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE BY WAY OF SCHOLARSHIPS BURSARIES AND MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES.

**Activities:** The Trustees offer grants to young people under 25 living within a 20 mile radius of Sheffield city centre, who have, in the opinion of the Trustees, demonstrated need.  Grants are made for a variety of purposes:  education; study of music and other arts; physical education; 'Gap year' trips abroad and to local Youth Organisations.
