**Objects:** PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF YOUNG PERSONS WHO HAVE NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF 25 YEARS, WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE CITY AND COUNTY BOROUGH OF SHEFFIELD, WITH A PREFERENCE TO THOSE RESIDENT IN OR IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD OF UPPER HALLAM, AND WHO IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.

**Activities:** To offer grants to young people under the age of 25 residing within the Sheffield City boundary, although preference is given to those residing in the Fulwood (upper Hallam) area of Sheffield.  Grants may be offered for general educational purposes, including social and physical training.
