**Objects:** (1) THE GOVERNORS MAY APPLY SUCH YEARLY SUM AS THEY THINK FIT IN PROVIDING PRIZES AND SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS, OR ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY, FOR PRINCE HENRY'S GRAMMAR SCHOOL AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED UPON BETWEEN THE AUTHORITY AND THE GOVERNORS.(2) THE GOVERNORS SHALL APPLY THE RESIDUE OF THE SAID NET INCOME FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS OF EITHER SEX WHO HAVE NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF 25 YEARS, WHO ARE ABOUT TO ATTEND, OR ARE ATTENDING, OR HAVE FOR NOT LESS THAN TWO YEARS ATTENDED, PRINCE HENRY'S GRAMMAR SCHOOL, AND WHO, IN THE OPINION OF THE GOVERNORS, ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE WITH A PREFERENCE FOR SUCH OF THOSE AS ARE RESIDENT IN THE ANCIENT PARISH OF OTLEY.
